Cancellation Policy

Uncle Ben Barbershop – Online Booking Policy 1. Appointment Confirmation All appointments must be confirmed via SMS, call, or email. Unconfirmed appointments may be released 15 minutes before the scheduled time. 2. Cancellation Policy Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before your appointment time. Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may require full upfront payment for future bookings. 3. Late Arrivals A grace period of 10 minutes is allowed. Arrivals beyond the grace period may be considered a no-show and the slot may be given to a walk-in client. 4. No-Show Policy Clients who miss their appointment without notice may be required to pay a deposit for their next booking. 5. Deposit Policy (Optional) For special services (e.g., packages, group bookings), a deposit may be required to confirm the appointment. 6. Walk-ins Walk-ins are welcome but subject to availability. Online booking is encouraged to secure your preferred time and barber. 7. Changes to Appointment Rescheduling is allowed up to 2 hours before your appointment, subject to availability. 8. Barber Requests Clients may request a preferred barber, but availability is not guaranteed unless confirmed. 9. Health and Safety If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment. We reserve the right to refuse service to clients exhibiting symptoms of illness.
